Support Manager - Bangkok

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us:

• Assist with new business implementation
• Manage claims inbox, clarify and follow up when claim is not being paid
• Assist with maintain update to date library of insurance providers
• Aid in data input / uploading documents for CRM
• Producing proposal for group
• Policy renewals
• Servicing of existing policy holders
• Group plan additions and deletions
• Assist with creating plans and putting rates on the site
• Provider document management

Client Relationship Manager - Group Clients Hong Kong

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us:

• Generate new business for group insurance schemes
• Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts
• Create, develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Aid in producing pre-sales materials and proposals
• Carry out customer needs analysis
